Labeling of coffee bags
In many production areas, it is no longer enough to simply label products or packaging by hand. Increasing production volumes with faster throughput times and high precision are reasons for switching from manual labeling to a labeling machine.
With the LAB500 from JMV Robotique, users get a labeling machine that automatically applies self-adhesive labels to coffee vacuum bags. The device has been optimized for packaging with a freshness valve and achieves a throughput of up to 4200 packages per hour. The attached labels have a tolerance of less than half a millimeter. The fully automatic labeler has a very low error rate and therefore low rejects.
Reference project
This is an application example of the customer Kaffeerösterei MOHA from Mannheim, who uses the labeling machines from JMV for food packaging i.e. Insert coffee bag.
With just a few simple steps and within three to five minutes, the LAB500 can be adjusted to different sizes of packaging. The position of the label can also be easily changed.
