High throughput – up to 3000 pieces per hour

The MEP120 Disc Sleever from JMV Robotique is an easy-to-use desktop machine that packs discs at a throughput otherwise only seen in large and expensive industrial machines.

It processes up to 55 CD / DVD per minute or 3000 discs per hour and inserts them into a variety of sleeves or envelopes (paper, plastic, Tyvek or cardboard).

The MEP120 Disc Sleever can be converted to a wide variety of formats, which is highly appreciated by users who frequently change production runs.

Option

JMV Robotique’s FF130 Flap Folder is an optional accessory for the MEP120 Disc Sleever and automatically seals disc sleeves or envelopes, providing a quick and clean solution when packaging discs. The FF130 folds the siliconized flap and seals the loaded sleeves/envelopes while simultanesouly exercising quality control by sorting out empty sleeves/envelopes.

Operating Principle

The robust MEP120 can be operated individually or integrated into a production line. Insert the populated CD spindle, place the CD sleeves in the input tray and press the start button. The robotic arm removes a disc and places it onto the feeder unit. At the same moment a sleeve is removed from the input tray and opened. The prepared CD is then inserted and the filled case is placed in the output tray.

If desired, the integrated 4-digit counter can automatically stop production when adjustable CD count is reached (adjustable from 0 – 9999).
