The CDC100 series of cellophane wrapping machines featured by JMV Robotique allows for the cellophane wrapping of small to medium quantities of CD / DVD packaging at an industrial standard and quality. These desktop machines are available for standard CD Jewel Cases (CDC100), Slim CD Jewel Cases (CDC140) and DVD Amaray type cases (CDC160). These cost effective solutions facilitate professional wrapping with maximum flexibility at a tenth of the price of an industrial machine.
CDC140 CD Slim Case Wrapper’s ease of use
The semi-automatic function is as simple as it is effective. A pre-cut polypropylene P-sheet is manually inserted to create the front seam of the case. Thereafter, the case is placed in a magazine and its sides are automatically folded and heat-sealed. The result is a perfectly packaged and finished CD / DVD case with a professional appearance.
The sealing temperature is controlled automatically and can be adjusted individually to the cellophane in use. The electronic circuit protects the mechanical parts against operator error.
The precut polypropylene P-sheets are supplied in cartons of 10,000. The resulting professionally finished CD / DVD cases will certainly look impressive on any store shelf and this at a fraction of the cost of an off-premises contract.
