The motorized FDM500 feeder automatically feeds different packaging machines such as cellophane wrappers, thermo-filming machines, labellers, etc.

The FDM500 has a robust build and is easily adjustable since it’s equipped with a fibre optic sensor which regulates and adjusts the product output frequency. There is no electrical connection necessary between the feeder FDM500 and your machine. The FDM500 feeder frees up the manpower usually required to manually feed your production or packaging machines. Thus, a single operator can load the feeder and pick up the products coming out of your machines.

The FDM500 feeder is compatible with the following products: paper, carton, plastic and Tyvek sleeves, standard CD jewel cases, CD slim and DVD Amaray cases.
