The EMP250 Case Upstacker from JMV Robotique will collect your media cases and present them in a neat stack or row ready to be packed into a carton in one easy motion. The unit is best placed adjacent to production machines such as the cellophane overwrapper CDC200, CDC260 and CDC270 from JMV Robotique, ready to collect and stack the output of cases. With this combination up to 1200 cases per hour can be processed.
The EMP250 can also be used with a variety of other machines, no electrical connection required. Automatic collection of cases saves time and money. Operators can simultaneously feed the input hopper of the production machine and move cases into cartons. Automatic collecting and stacking saves time and money.
